During our initial meeting and consultation, it’s paramount to understand your goals. I’ll spend time listening and we’ll tour your property. We will discuss valuation, a pricing strategy, a pre-marketing plan, and the most favorable terms for you as the seller. Lastly, we’ll complete our listing agreement together.

Unless you’ve kept your home like an interior designer’s showroom, we will want to discuss what improvements to consider. Strategic improvements include painting, staging with furniture and art, yard work, organization and cleaning. Such improvements go a long way in driving up value. What we do will be based on your goals and what you’re comfortable with.
Importantly, trust that I will manage the entire process.

Once the property is ready, I’ll have photography taken, a floorplan made, a website, online digital advertising assets, and printed materials. I don’t just use the MLS to market my listings. I also advertise online and on social media, through our Vanguard Properties’ local and coast-to-coast national network, and much more.

Our listing price will be finalized just before launch and all our marketing assets will be ready to go. I’ll present the property at our office marketing meeting and send out a coming soon to all Bay Area real estate agents and brokerages. I’ll hold a broker’s tour and regular open houses. All private showing requests and communication will be addressed immediately. All activity and feedback will be monitored. You’ll be kept informed on a regular basis.
